As a well-respected chief financial officer with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, Rob is an industry leader who started as a public accountant, then turned to focus on managerial accounting and worked his way up the corporate ladder, eventually landing the position of CFO. 

Not only is he fluent in corporate tax and accounting, but also has experience with mergers and acquisitions and loves to teach his clients about understanding their financials. Rob was pivotal in the acquisition of a multi-million dollar clothing designer and manufacturing company and supported a multi-billion dollar company in relieving their corporate tax debts.

With nearly two decades of combined experience as a VP of Accounting and Administration and President of a leading eDiscovery group, as well as over 15 years of experience in accounts receivable management, Jennifer is among the best when it comes to reducing client’s DSO (days sales outstanding) to less than the industry standard. 

Adding to her repertoire of accounting skills, Jennifer is skilled when it comes to business consulting services. She is able to implement and enhance internal processes and procedures to allow for smoother daily operations, as well as greatly improve cash flow.
